Position: LB

Age: 26

Club: Porto

Country: Brazil

Another attacking minded fullback in the top 100 is Porto's Alex Telles. The 26-year-old Brazilian was a key man for the Portuguese side as they narrowly missed out on the Primera Liga title, finishing two point behind eventual champions Benfica.

With 13 assists in all competitions, Telles is sure to offer a great attacking threat on FIFA once more. A slight increase to an 85 overall will make him one of the games best LB's once again.

89. Heung-Min Son (OVR 85)

Position: LM, CF

Age: 27

Club: Tottenham Hotspur

Country: South Korea

One of the Premier League's most underrated stars, Tottenham's Heung-Min Son enjoyed another fine season for the North London side as they finished 4th and reached the Champions League final.

With 20 goals and 10 assists in 48 games, the South Korean warrants an upgrade to last season's 84, and could see his position change from LM & CF. An 85 overall would be fair for the fan favourite.

88. Sergej Milinkovic-Savic (OVR 85 - 85)

The next name in the list is 24-year-old Serbia international Sergej Milinkovic-Savic. The physical central midfielder enjoyed another solid season for Lazio, who finished eighth and qualified for the Europa League.

Despite being linked to the likes of Manchester United and PSG during the transfer window, the Serbian opted to remain with Lazio for another season and will remain an 85 overall.

Position: CB, CDM

Age: 25

Club: PSG

Country: Brazil

Marquinhos has become a key member of the PSG defence, but last season stepped up to a holding midfield role, helping the Parisians cruise to a sixth title in the last seven seasons.

Another player who should see a boost to their rating. The Brazilian should come in around the 85 overall mark.

86. Fabinho (OVR 85 - 85)

Position: CDM

Age: 25

Club: Liverpool

Country: Brazil

Liverpool's unsung hero, Fabinho was crucial at the heart of Liverpool's midfield as they secured their sixth European crown with victory in the UEFA Champions League.

The former Monaco man's defensive ability allowed Liverpool's front three free rein, as they narrowly missed out on the Premier League title despite racking up 97 points. He will undoubtedly make the top 100 this year.

85. Mattijs de Ligt (OVR 85)

Country: Netherlands

Young Dutchman Matthijs de Ligt enjoyed an incredible breakthrough year for both club and country, captaining Ajax to the Champions League semi-final and reaching the final of the inaugural Nations League with Netherlands.

A host of top clubs were after the De Ligt signature this summer, with the 20-year-old opting for Juventus. His rating will shoot up from the 83 he picked up in the Winter Ratings Refresh with an 85 overall.

Position: RW, LW

Age: 22

Club: Barcelona

Country: France

It's been a tough summer for Barcelona's Ousmane Dembele. With the Catalonian side linked heavily with former player Neymar, it looked as though the Frenchman would be heading out of the club, just a two years after his big money move from Borussia Dortmund.

Despite this, the Frenchman still enjoyed a successful season for the La Liga champions and after a winter ratings boost to 84, we expect he will go up one more and start as an 85 on the new game.

83. Thomas Muller (OVR 86 - 85)

Position: CF, CAM, RM

Age: 29

Club: Bayern Munich

Country: Germany

Thomas Muller has seen his goal-scoring form drop over recent seasons, managing just nine goals in 45 competitions for his club side. Despite this, the German is still knocking up the assists, racking up double digit assists for the tenth consecutive season.

At 29 years of age, the German is hitting the prime of his career, and whilst he could receive a slight downgrade, he will still come in at a respectable 85.

82. Keylor Navas (OVR 87 - 85)

Position: GK

Age: 32

Club: Paris Saint Germain

Country: Costa Rica

Costa Rican stopper Keylor Navas has found a new club in an attempt to resurrect his career, joining Paris Saint Germain after Gianluigi Buffon left the club to rejoin Juventus.

The 32-year-old had seen minutes limited at the Bernabeu following the arrival of Thibaut Courtois and will be looking to rebuild at the French champions after making just 10 league appearances last term. A downgrade looks inevitable, but at an 85 overall, Navas will still come in as one of Ligue 1's best between the sticks.

81. Gareth Bale (OVR 85)

Position: RW, LW, ST

Age: 30

Club: Real Madrid

Country: Wales

Probably the biggest surprise in the list so far, Welshman Gareth Bale is set for a huge hit to his FIFA rating following an injury-plagued couple of seasons.

A leaked 85-rated card circulated on the internet in the last couple of weeks and given Bale's rapid fall from grace in recent FIFAs, it's hard to argue against it. An 85 overall for the Galactico.
