It's time—Destiny 2: Lightfall is finally here. And as always with a new expansion, the developers at Bungie have to take Destiny 2's servers down for maintenance to implement all of the new content and features.
Normally, every Tuesday, Destiny 2's servers go down for a handful of hours, sometimes adding on a couple more depending of there's a new update or not. However, this time around, the servers were scheduled to go down for 24 hours.
