After a year of the Witch Queen expansion, Destiny 2: Lightfall is finally here, ushering in one of the ending chapters in the Light and Dark saga before it finally culminates with The Final Shape.

Destiny 2's latest expansion, Lightfall, has gone live!
Players can log into Destiny 2 and enjoy everything the new expansion has to offer. This includes an in-game LFG system, saveable premade in-game loadouts, changes to crafting, the new Strand Subclass, and much more.
Destiny 2: Lightfall Release Date & Time
Destiny 2: Lightfall launches on Tuesday, February 28, 2023.
Players can expect the expansion to be live in-game following the weekly reset maintenance which is scheduled to start the day prior on Monday, February 27, 2023, at 12:00 p.m. EST.
Once the 24 hours are up, players can expect the Lightfall expansion to be available at 12:00 p.m. EST on Tuesday, February 28, 2023.
