Warzone Season 5 is finally here and Treyarch has shared information on all the new faces we're going to see in Warzone over the course of the next season, courtesy of Black Ops Cold War. We know about Kitsune, who appeared in the leaked key artwork, but who is she brushing shoulders with?
CONFIRMED - All the new Season 5 Operators
Kitsune - Warsaw Pact
" Born in Kobe, Kitsune left her family’s organized crime past behind to join Perseus, aligning her values with that set by the new world order they are trying to install. Cautious, thorough, and effective, Kitsune relishes any chance she has to use her enemy’s tools against them."
Kitsune will be available at Tier 1 of the Season 5 Battle Pass.
Stryker - NATO
" A soldier whose dedication to excellence borders on obsession, Stryker is the product of a 1980s Future Warfare program designed to combat test the synthesis of advanced technology and military expertise. Stryker offers a glimpse of the battlefield of tomorrow."
Stryker will be available via an Operator Store Bundle later in Season 5
Hudson - NATO
" After having Adler and Woods handle the dirty work against Perseus, Special Agent Jason Hudson is set to take the fight into his own hands as he leaves D.C. to finish the fight in Verdansk, Teufelsberg, and even parts unknown within the Dark Aether."
Hudson is going to be available via an Operator Store Bundle at some point in Season 5.
UPDATE - Raven Software drop the Soap
We still don't know the name of the mysterious woman depicted in the key artwork for Call of Duty's Season 5 update to Warzone and Black Ops Cold War, but there's another Operator coming to Warzone ahead of this.
Soap is finally out! We can't quite believe it either but Raven Software dropped the Soap Operator Bundle on us out of the blue in their latest title update and it's about time.
Here's everything that's included:
- Highlands Soap Skin
- Serac CX-9 Blueprint
- Suilven Handgun Blueprint
- Alpenstock Melee Blueprint
- To The Top Weapon Charm
- Point Taken Finishing Move
- Scan The Vista Calling Card
- Cold Depths Emblem
- Clean Cut Spray
LEAK - Warzone's next Operator revealed?
Earlier in the week, CallOfDutyLeakz shared a leaked image of the Call of Duty Season 5 key artwork for both Black Ops Cold War and Warzone. As you can see below, it looks like we might know who we're going to see in Season 5... At least one new character, anyway.
The new Warzone Operator appears to follow in Jackal's footsteps in a number of ways...
Firstly, they're going to be an entirely new character. The numbers in the background of the image suggest that Black Ops' Alex Mason might still make an appearance in-season but only time will tell.
In addition to this, it looks like the new Operator will be the "Battle Pass" Operator in the same way Jackal was included in the Battle Pass and at the forefront of the new season's imagery. At the moment, we'd only be able to guess if they were a part of the Warsaw Pact or NATO.
When does Warzone Season 5 begin?
