WWE superstar asks devs to make WWE 2K22 MyRISE characters playable

WWE 2K22 MyRISE has been a major hit this year among many fans, but it's also provided a bit of a tease with certain exclusive characters.

A few alternate versions of WWE 2K22 roster members are locked into MyRISE, and now one of them has specifically asked devs to change that.

We're now about a month and a half out from the launch of WWE 2K22, and there's no denying it was exactly the franchise revival that many hoped it could be.

While many have enjoyed MyRISE, that enjoyment has turned to frustration as players realized in a few storylines that alternate versions of active WWE superstars were only available in MyRISE.

Despite having their full presentation built into the game to be seen in a specific MyRISE storyline, they're not available as a separate character to be used in any other game mode.

On top of that, there were reports last month that MyRISE exclusive versions uploaded to Community Creations were being removed by devs.

They seemed set to be forever locked away, but a new request following the biggest WWE 2K22 update yet has reignited hope.

WWE 2K22 Update 1.09 dropped the NXT 2.0 arena along with some major MyGM upgrades, and few had expected this kind of content improvement after launch, and it's led to a new request.

This ask comes direct from active WWE superstar T-BAR, formerly known as Dominik Dijakovic, who is only in WWE 2K22 in his current T-BAR persona.

With WWE 2K22 Update 1.09 dropping more than many had anticipated, T-BAR is now taking the step of publicly asking the devs to make MyRISE exclusive characters playable in a future update.

Which MyRISE exclusive characters could be added?

If you haven't had the chance to play WWE 2K22 MyRISE, there are really four big inclusions that players are hoping will be made available.

The first, as mentioned above, is Dominik Dijakovic. This former persona of T-BAR is seen during an NXT storyline for a male MyRISE character.

King Corbin is also encountered later on during a King of the Ring storyline, but only Happy Corbin is currently on the main WWE 2K22 roster.

Nikki Cross is also spotted in NXT if you're playing the female MyRISE path, though only Nikki A.S.H. is playable in WWE 2K22.

Goddess Alexa Bliss is also included in the female MyRISE storylines, but only her current Fiend-related persona is a playable character.

In addition to these big four names, which are by far the most likely to be included in a potential update, there are also some fun alternate attires for an older Shawn Michaels and some of the other coaches in WWE 2K22 MyRISE.

The first WWE 2K22 DLC is set to drop in less than a week, and we could see developers follow it up with a future update finally unlocking these MyRISE exclusive superstars.
