World of Warcraft: Dragonflight's release a couple of months ago signified the introduction of tons of new content. From the new race, the Dracthyr, and its race-specific class, and the new continent of the Dragon Isles to the Talent and Profession System revamps, players have had plenty to play with. Now, with the 10.0.5 update releasing soon, it's time for some new content.

Standing out amongst all of the new content goodness coming in 10.0.5 is the new Trading Post feature. A place where Azeroth's collectors can feel at home, collecting all sorts of cosmetics.

When does the Trading Post release in WoW Dragonflight?

Nearly two months after World of Warcraft: Dragonflight's official launch, the game's first update, the 10.0.5 patch, is set to release on Tuesday, January 24, 2023, and with it, will come the Trading Post. However, it will be at a later date.

The Trading Posts feature will become available with new items and activities being introduced nearly a week after 10.0.5's release on Wednesday, February 1, 2023. This means that players will only have to wait a short amount of time before they can begin collecting all sorts of mounts, toys, transmog, and more.

Utilizing a special account-wide currency, Trader's Tender, players can buy a multitude of interesting transmog, pets, mounts, and more. Trading Posts will serve as the home for all sorts of items and won't be limited to currency game content.

The cosmetic items in the Trading Post rotate on a monthly basis, the first month begins on February 1, 2023.
