The long-rumoured Air Force 1s inspired by the city of Los Angeles have finally been revealed by Nike SNKRS.

The sneakers join a larger "Anniversary Edition" Air Force 1 collection, which includes the likes of the "Anniversary" Lows and their lighter "LA Flea" relatives, the latter of which we feel are some of the best Air Force 1s around right now.

Why the celebration? Well, the Air Force 1 model debuted exactly 40 years ago, 1982 to be precise, with the intention of the shoes being used for basketball.

However, the sneakers have since transitioned into the ultimate trainers for everyday wear, hence the more design-driven approach with these upcoming LA-inspired low-tops.

With that being said, here's everything we know about the "Los Angeles", or as Nike call them the "Patched Up", Air Force 1s so far...

Nike Air Force 1 Low Los Angeles Release Date

The "Los Angeles" low-tops have been confirmed by Nike to be available now as of 15 September 2022 in both adult and Big Kids' sizes.

This means they've arrived on the same day as the new Jordan 37s, Nike's latest and possibly best basketball shoe to date.

Nike Air Force 1 Low Los Angeles Design

Much like their aforementioned relatives, these "Los Angeles" Lows will be covered from head to toe in LA-themed patches, hence their other nickname of the "Patched Up" colourway.

You'll find references to Los Angeles road signs, surfing, and even playful adaptions of Nike's iconic logo and Swoosh across the entirety of the uppers.

Of course, the usual Nike branding appears on the tongues and insoles, with the former making reference to these being a special edition Anniversary release.

In terms of the colour scheme, the sneakers are made almost entirely from a dark and light blue canvas material. As an aside, check out our guide to cleaning canvas shoes right here.

You then get white laces and interiors to match the classic white midsoles, thus rounding these sneakers off in typical Air Force 1 fashion.

Nike Air Force 1 Low Los Angeles Price

Although originally unknown, the release of the sneakers has confirmed that these Air Force 1 Lows retail for $150 in adult sizes and $105 if you're after a Big Kids' pair.

Where To Buy The Nike Air Force 1 Low Los Angeles

You can find the "Los Angeles" Lows listed and available to buy on the Nike SNKRS pages right now. We'd recommend acting fast though in case they sell out.

If you're not able to pick up a pair through retail, then keep an eye out on the resale market at StockX as an alternative place to buy.
