After rumours of its arrival spread earlier this year, Nike has now officially revealed the new "Midnight Navy" Air Jordan 4 colourway for 2022.

Much like the Jordan 1 "Yellow Toe" and the Retro "Chicago" Jordan 2's, Jordan has opted for a traditional colour blocking and scheme for the "Midnight Navy" release.

As a result, the design is almost a throwback to the original "Military Blue" Jordan 4 released back when the shoes first debuted in 1989 as Nike has combined old-school white leather with deep, dark blue accents.

If these sound like the kind of shoes you want as part of your collection, then here's everything we know about the release of the "Midnight Navy" 4s so far...

Air Jordan 4 Midnight Navy Release Date

Despite initial rumours of the "Midnight Navy" 4s launching during the holidays, Nike's SNKRS launch page has now officially confirmed the shoes are out now as of 29 October 2022.

We'd recommend acting quickly if you're interested in securing a pair because they're old-school design and classic colour blocking might mean the shoes sell out fast.

If you're still unsure though, then perhaps a closer look at the design might change your mind one way or the other.

Air Jordan 4 Midnight Navy Design

As mentioned, the "Midnight Navy" colourway looks to almost be a distant relative of the original "Military Blue" Jordan 4s which, in our opinion, is one of the best Jordan 4 colourways around.

The uppers are primarily constructed out of smooth white leather, with sections of mesh appearing both under and to the side of the laces.

You then get hints of speckled grey whilst navy blue accents some of the finer details.

For example, speckled tones dress the rear clips and parts of the midsoles, while navy blue accents the eyestays, outsoles, and Jordan branding as seen below.

You also get two patches of grey towards the front and rear of the rubber outsoles to round off the "Midnight Blue" Jordan 4's design.

Red then enters the mix if you look underneath. You'll find the Jumpman logo as well as an abstract section of the outsoles dressed in this much warmer, bright tone to complete the design.

Air Jordan 4 Midnight Navy Price

Like the release date, Nike's SNKRS listing has confirmed that the "Midnight Navy" 4s cost $210 in adult sizing.

A Big Kids' variation is also listed and costs $160, while the Litte Kids' size costs $90 to complete the set.

If you're still interested, then here's where you can buy your own pair.
