NBA 2K22 is less than two weeks away, and the anticipation has been sky high for a potential gameplay trailer.
With all that hype, the wait is sort of over thanks to a newly leaked NBA 2K22 gameplay trailer that was quickly followed by the official version you can watch now!
Latest - Gameplay Trailer leaked then revealed
Ahead of a potential reveal expected on August 31, we've officially gotten a leaked version of the NBA 2K22 gameplay trailer!
The leak comes courtesy of 2KIntel at first, who has been spot on with NBA 2K22 news this year so far, but the quality wasn't ideal.
Fortunately, it dropped officially just minutes later, and you can watch the crisp gameplay in HD right now!
This is the first look we've seen at NBA 2K22 in action, with other trailer just hyping the game without actually giving us any in-game action.
WATCH: NBA 2K22 Reveal Trailer
The first reveal and teaser trailer has been revealed for NBA 2K22!
With last year's reveal landing on June 11, we had to wait a little bit longer for this one.
NBA 2K22 is scheduled for a release date of September 10, 2021, and we also now know that Luka Doncic among others were selected as this year's cover athlete.
The 75th Anniversary Edition features legends Dirk Nowitzki, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, and Kevin Durant.
Gameplay Trailer
Last year, we saw a gameplay trailer arrive nearly two months after the reveal trailer was made public, but hopefully, we won't have to wait that long this time.
There was no gameplay featured in the teaser trailer, but it did arrive a month later than last year, so we might get a gameplay trailer before August 31st or sooner.
On top of that, we should get a look at what to expect will be different between next gen and current gen.
Next Gen Gameplay Trailer
The trailer releases were a bit different last year because the next gen versions of NBA 2K21 didn't launch until several months after the initial title was released.
However, we're getting a simultaneous launch on current gen and next gen platforms for NBA 2K22.
We don't yet know how many game modes will be exclusive to next gen, but it's likely that next gen additions like The City will only be available on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S.
