NBA 2K22 The City Locations Guide
Players have finally gotten into NBA 2K22, and many rushed right to MyCAREER, where next gen gamers then hit the bright lights in The City.
To get the most out of NBA 2K22 Season 1, next gen players will need to know their way around The City and where to enjoy the events of Call to Ball.
Whether it's to get your sweat in at the fitness center or get reps in on the courts, here's our guide to all important locations in The City.
NBA 2K22: Season 1 (Call to Ball) Start & End Date
2K has confirmed that all Seasons in NBA 2K22 will be six weeks in length, and this inaugural season kicked things off right when the game was released.
Start Date: September 10, 2021
End Date: October 22, 2021
That means players will have a full six weeks from launch to work their way through Season 1 and earn the various rewards that are up for grabs.
Progress reset when Season 2 goes into effect, bumping people back to square one as they then look to earn the new rewards for that season.
Contrary to previous years, Seasons will not be specific to MyTEAM anymore, and instead, they'll also influence other game modes.
MyCAREER and The W will both be influenced by Seasons, and some of the top rewards will directly affect the ways you can enjoy The City and Neighborhood.
Rewards, How to Earn XP & Level Up
Now that NBA 2K22 has been released and Season 1 began, you'll be working towards getting yourself to Level 40 for that particular season.
You can earn XP by playing games in The City, Neighborhood, Rec, Pro-Am, Events, and by completing individual quests with specific challenges.
As you work your way through, you will level up in both MyCAREER and MyTEAM and get a variety of rewards that can include new apparel, name banners, transportation, new cards, packs, and more.
While we aren't sure of all the rewards, here are some of the Season 1 Rewards we've already learned about.

The W Online Rewards
Based on the image we've been provided, it looks like The W Online will follow a looser reward system than MyTEAM or MyCAREER.
Rather than an individual level with 40 different rewards, you'll work through a tiered system in this order: Rookie, Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Hall of Fame.
The following rewards will be available at each tier:
- Bronze: Nail Polish & 1,000 VC
- Silver: Seasonal Clothing Bundle
- Gold: 2K Breakthrough Gear, Extra Badge Point & 3,000 VC
- Hall of Fame: Cynthia Cooper-Dyke, Sheryl Swoopes, and Takeover Perk Picker
