How to sign up for the NBA 2K23 2K League
The NBA 2K League is a joint venture between the NBA and Take-Two Interactive, and a professional esports league that features the best NBA 2K23 players in the world
It's the first official esports league operated by a U.S. professional sports league and was first established in 2018.
The Become A Pro Series is your chance to get involved and make your way into the NBA 2K23 2K League. You can do this by heading to the Event Center on the following days:
- Wednesday 10/26 @ 6:00 PM ET
- Friday 10/28 @ 6:00 PM ET

NBA 2K League Become A Pro
We're not sure if there will be any more days added to the 2K League Become A Pro series, so make sure you head there at least one of the days.
The NBA 2K Twitter account put out a tweet that gave players directions on where to head which you can see below.
You'll likely participate in several 3v3 games to determine whether you end up on a team or not. There were tons of changes back in NBA 2K22 so expect a few more changes for NBA 2K23 as well.

2K League Point System (2022)
So, the next question you might be asking is how the NBA 2K23 2K League point system works for wins and losses.
This depends on which game mode you're playing and how well your team does. We have a pretty basic guide for you below:
- 5v5 – THE TIPOFF and THE TURN powered by AT&T
- Each win in THE TIPOFF and THE TURN = 1 point
- Winners of THE TIPOFF and/or THE TURN = 3 points
- Maximum total number of points/team per tournament = 11 points
Each win during 5v5 Seed Week = 1 point
Maximum total number of points per team during 5v5 Seed Week = 5 points
- 3v3 – THE SLAM OPEN and SWITCH OPEN entitled by Coinbase
- Each win in SLAM OPEN and SWITCH OPEN = 1 point
- Winners of SLAM OPEN and/or SWITCH OPEN = 3 points
- Maximum total number of points/team per tournament = 12 points
Each win during 3v3 Seed Week = 1 point
Maximum total number of points per team during 3v3 Seed Week = 5 points
