How many Bosses will be in Elden Ring?

Elden Ring may be one of the most anticipated games of the last decade, let alone 2022. A huge part of this is thanks to the incredible work produced by From Software, starting all the way back with Demon's Souls in 2009.

One defining feature of the games - beyond their typical increased difficulty - is the selection of incredibly well-designed bosses. They might be ones that you're forced to battle as part of the game or side bosses found only by wandering off the beaten path. Either way, when you finish a Soulsborne game, they're one of the big things you always remember.

That being said, with Elden Ring on the horizon, what do we know about its bosses and how many there might be? Let's take a look...

How many Bosses will be in Elden Ring?

So far, only 13 full bosses have been found during the Elden Ring's recent technical test. This was a limited access period where people were able to play the game while From Software tested the capabilities of their networks while also keeping an eye on players' experience within the game.

The confirmed bosses are:

  • Beastman of Farum Azula
  • Bloodhound Knight Darriwil
  • Burial Tree Watchdog
  • Demi-Human Chief
  • Flying Dragon Agheel
  • Grave Warden
  • Lion Guardian
  • Many Armey Key Master
  • Margit the Fell Omen
  • Pumpkin Head
  • Soldier of Dogrick
  • Stonedigger Troll
  • Tree Sentinel

It will come to no surprise that the above bosses will be incredibly varied going even by name alone. While you may run into similar looking mobs of enemies throughout the game, you'll never run into two bosses that look and act the same way!

We can't wait to see how many more may be lurking in the shadows across this incredible world when Elden Ring releases on Friday, 25 February 2022.
