Team of the Year is coming soon in FIFA 22 Ultimate Team!

With voting now over for this year's team, we are eagerly anticipating the reveal of the players to have made the cut, earning incredible new FUT items in the process.

We now know when we will see official Team of the Year players revealed, so take a look below.

Team of the Year 2021

The Team of the Year is exactly what it says on the tin, the best performing XI of the past year.

Expect it to include a goalkeeper, four defenders, three midfielders, and three attackers, but not necessarily conforming to their positions.

It will probably also have a 12th man inclusion, which was picked up by Lionel Messi last year.

There will also be an honourable mentions list, for recognition of players that put in top performances but just didn't make the cut.

The Ultimate XI for FIFA 22's Team of the Year is set to be revealed this week, with the official date confirmed on EA's website.

You can see which superstars have made the final squad (plus a possible 12th man) on Thursday, 20 January.
