The brand new Versus promo is well underway in FIFA 22 Ultimate Team now, with the 'Ice' squad having just been released into packs!
EA has also released a new SBC card to go alongside the Ice squad... or should we say two new cards!
An awesome Dries Mertens player pick card has been made available to unlock, so check out the card(s) and how you can add one of them to your FUT 22 squad below.
Dries Mertens (OVR 86)
Start Date: Monday, 13 December
Expiry Date: Sunday, 19 December
SBC Requirements
You'll need to submit just two different squads in order to unlock one of the new 86-rated Dries Mertens card for your Ultimate Team.
Once you complete and submit the squads, you will be presented with a player pick.
You will then need to choose whether you want to take the 'Fire' or 'Ice' version.
The requirements are as follows:
Belgium
- # of players from Belgium: Min 1
- IF Players: Min 1
- Squad Rating: Min 84
- Team Chemistry: Min 75
- # of players in the Squad: 11
Reward: Small Prime Gold Players Pack
Serie A TIM
- # of players from Serie A TIM: Min 1
- IF Players: Min 1
- Squad Rating: Min 85
- Team Chemistry: Min 70

FUT Versus Ice squad
The Ice squad has just been released into packs in FIFA 22 Ultimate Team, replacing the Fire squad immediately.
It's important to note that you can still purchase the reverse of these players, the Fire cards, on the FUT transfer market.
Adama Traore (OVR 86) has received a HUGE 8-point boost to his Fire version's shooting stat, which will make him insane in-game.
Gabriel Jesus (OVR 89) has been yet another ridiculous card that might just be better than his Fire version.
FUT Versus Fire squad
The first-ever FUT Versus squad was released in Ultimate Team last Friday.
Manchester rivals Gabriel Jesus (OVR 89) and Marcus Rashford (OVR 88) are clearly the standouts, but there are some other really nice cards included too.
Fellow Premier League stars Joe Gomez (OVR 86) and Adama Traore (OVR 86) all feature, with Cristian Pulisic (OVR 86) being handed a boosted SBC card.
La Liga players Federico Valverde (OVR 87), Jules Kounde (OVR 87) and Angel Correa (OVR 86) all look simply ridiculous!
