Warzone 2 is now well into the new year, with a ton of new content has just arrived to keep fans busy grinding. Season 2 is now here, and Rebirth has arrived, along with changes to the Gulag and Loadout Drops to shake up the meta.
Snipers are a staple of the meta in Warzone, as nothing can quite compete with their range and lethality. Here's how to build the MCPR-300 to be the best gun in the game for straight-up damage at any range.

Best MCPR 300 Attachments in Warzone 2
Unfortunately, the MCPR won't quite one-shot with full plates, but this build will get you closer than any gun in the game besides. Here's what we recommend for attachments:
- Muzzle: FTAC Reaper | 1.4^ | 1>
- Barrel: 22" OMX-456 | 0.5^
- Laser: FSS OLE-V Laser
- Rear Grip: Cronen Cheetah Grip | -1^
- Ammunition: .300 Mag High Velocity | 0.69^ | 9>
The FSS OLE-V deserves a shout-out as by far the best laser in the game. Use our guide to get the EBR to level 10 as fast as possible, and you can reap the rewards on just about any other gun in Warzone 2.
Best MCPR-300 Perks and Equipment
The MCPR-300 is the perfect weapon right up until you need to be on the move. Here's what we recommend to round out your class and not leave you vulnerable in Warzone 2:
- Perk Package: Weapon Specialist
- Tactical: Heartbeat Sensor
- Lethal: Throwing knife
Run weapon specialist for the overkill perk, and we recommend an SMG like the Lachmann Sub for your secondary, or something even more destructive at close range like the Fennec 45.
The Heartbeat sensor will allow you to hole up in one place and be sure you're safe. The Throwing knife meanwhile allows you to eliminate downed enemies quickly so you can move to the next target and waste no time or ammo, on your way to another Warzone 2 win.
