All the PS5 news you need for March 30

As we get close to April and the Easter weekend, a lot is happening in the world of PlayStation and the PS5.

Below, we've got all the details you need on what's happening in the world of PS5 today, where you can find consoles, and what's releasing on the system.

PS Plus April Announcement

It is possible that the PS Plus free games for April 2021 are revealed today.

We're exactly one week out from the games going live in-game, but the full line-up is yet to be revealed.

We already know, and have done for a while now, that Oddworld Soulstorm will be free once it launches, but more PS4 centric games should also be revealed.

Keep an eye out on PlayStation's Twitter today, as well as our countdown, for more on PS Plus once the games are announced.

PS5 Stock

Below, we'll run you through what retailers are set to have PS5 console stock today, on March 30.

UK

In the UK, EE dropped a small amount of stock early this morning, mostly for staff members.

Also, Amazon UK had the long-awaited large stock drop at 9am BST.

While they're both sold out currently, there is still a possibility that they drop more later in the day.

Some retailers drop PS5 consoles in waves, so it's possible that EE and Amazon UK do the same.

US

As for US retailers, it's looking quite quiet so far today. Nothing has dropped yet this morning and no retailers have announced that they'll have stock this afternoon.

The usual culprits, such as Amazon US and Target could be good option to try, but nothing is confirmed.

Walmart had some PS5 consoles available yesterday, so they're unlikely to have any today.

If any other sources pop up throughout the afternoon, we'll be sure to let you know about them.

Game Releases Today

As for what games are coming to PS5 today, the list isn't particularly extensive. All the games are:

  • Evil Genius 2: World Domination [PC]
  • I Saw Black Clouds [PS4]
  • Narita Boy [PS4]
  • Tennis World Tour 2 (US)
  • Disco Elysium: The Final Cut

Disco Elysium, which was one of the most critically acclaimed games of the year when it launched, is coming to PlayStation for the first time today.
