NHL 26 is set for a worldwide release on September 12, 2025. The game will be available on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S, promising the most realistic hockey experience to date.

NHL 26 pre-orders went live on August 6, 2025, the same day as the game was officially revealed. To preorder NHL 26, you can visit the EA website.

Just like last year, the game has two editions, Standard and Deluxe, and both offer significantly different bonuses. Depending on the type of player you are, casual or competitive, the best edition for you will vary.

For players who want to have any advantage possible on HUT, the Deluxe Edition is the go-to. But if you are more of a Be-a-Pro or Franchise mode player, and early access isn't that important to you, the Standard Edition is the best pick for you.
