He told reporters:

"I was just telling Ronnie (2K) I’m trying to be a 90 by the end of the year. That’s what my goal is. So I put on a show early on in the season, get some momentum with my team, I think we can win some games. That will really help with the 90 goal. So we will see what I got."

Cunningham's reportedly leaked 84 overall is the first of the potentially leaked NBA 2K23 ratings. It's important to note, however, that these haven't been confirmed.
