The Sims 4 constantly goes through big changes, making the game bigger and more complicated. Over the last few months alone, we've received a few pieces of DLC, some free updates and brand new changes.
Now that we're ramping up for the potential next Sims games, it makes sense that the team would want to change the formula a little bit. Here's what the latest update features.
New Sims 4 Update
In the brand new update, you will find 1200+ variants to current items, including next textures, colours and patterns. If you've found yourself wishing items had a little more customization, you will be happy to read the sheer volume of changes in the patch notes.
There are so many changes that it can be hard to keep track of. Luckily, the notes have some good pictures showing what's new. Get in there now to have a read for yourself.
New Sims 4 Kits
Alongside this, EA have announced two new kits that will be available on October 5th. They are the Incheon Arrivals Kit and the Fashion Street Kit.
The Incheon kit is inspired by Seoul airport fashion, while the Fashion Street kit is based on Mumbai.
Kits are a great way of injecting new styles into the game so if you're looking for some brand new clothes, this is what you are looking for. We will give you all the latest updates and information on them as they arrive.
Bug Fixes
Under all those new variants you can find a little "Bug Fixes" tab. It's pretty short so we'll show the whole thing. Applying changes to career appropriate clothing, they said:
Sims living that career lifestyle but their outfits were… not up to par? Were your Sims’ career wardrobe a bit stale as you moved up that career ladder? Not exactly dressing for success, right? No worries, we have fixed that issue and now all career levels should have appropriate outfits. Go you, good luck!
