With temperatures starting to drop, Nike has revealed a new Air Jordan 1 Utility dressed in neutral olive and light grey tones ready for the change in season.
Despite being one of the most divisive iterations in the Air Jordan range, Nike hasn't shied away from pushing the Utility 1s in 2022, having already launched the "Stash" colourway and "Quai 54" designs earlier this year.
This time though, the brand has opted for a tough canvas exterior with the usual stash pockets, complete with a more natural colour scheme which, in our opinion, puts them in line to be considered some of the best sneakers for fall.
How do they compare to some of the best Jordan 1 colourways though? Well, that's a decision only you can make. With that in mind, here's everything we know about the "Neutral Olive" Utility 1s so far...
Air Jordan 1 Utility Neutral Olive Release Date
The Utility 1s are currently listed on Nike's SNKRS launch page and are out now as of 7 October 2022.
However, it doesn't appear as though Nike will be releasing these Utility 1s in smaller kids' sizes, although this may change in the near future. We'll make sure to keep this article updated once more information is revealed, so stay tuned right here for further release date details.
With the sneakers out now, how exactly do the "Neutral Olive" 1s look? Here's what we know about their design...
Air Jordan 1 Utility Neutral Olive Design
Nike describes the "Neutral Olive" 1s as utilitarian but edgy thanks to their unique blend of metallic tones and practical stash pockets.
The uppers combine neutral olive and light grey steel canvas accented by black Swooshes along the sides and around the interior.
You'll also find the iconic Wings insignia embroidered to the heel stash bags on black tabs to match the interior and side panel accents.
On the topic of the stash bag, you'll find a set of detachable pockets on both heels, while the side panels feature hidden compartments to further the practicality of the shoes.
Simply unbutton the Swooshes and you'll find a secret area to be used as storage whilst you perform on the court.
To complete the design, Nike has included yellow branding on the tongue tabs to match the Nike Air insoles inside the shoes.
Air Jordan 1 Utility Neutral Olive Price
According to their official listing, the new Utility 1s cost $170 in adult sizes.
This aligns with the usual retail price of Air Jordan 1s at this moment in time but is actually a touch cheaper than some of the more recent Utility releases.
So, if you're looking to pick up these sneakers to add to your rotation, then here's where you can buy the "Neutral Olive" Utility 1s...
