PS Plus April 2022 COUNTDOWN: The games have been confirmed!

PS Plus is a pretty interesting service for PlayStation. Being generally a bit better than Xbox Games With Gold but not quite as good a deal as Xbox Game Pass, they seem to be bridging the gap with a new service soon.

Here's everything we know about PS Plus in April 2022 so far and what that could mean for the future of the service.

As expected, PlayStation has revealed the PS Plus lineup for April and it's exactly what this week's leak suggested.

The games are actually pretty good but many people will still be thinking that the new PS Plus service can't come soon enough!

PS Plus April 2022 Announcement Date

The PS Plus announcement date is a pretty important one. It lets people know what they're in for and it's a good way of testing how well-liked the month will be. Being on a public forum like Twitter or Facebook, the comments are a good way of judging how people like the month.

Generally, we tend to see the next month's games announced on the last Wednesday of the previous month. If this is the case, we should see them on Wednesday, March 30th.

With rumours of the announcement of Project Spartacus, there's always a chance this could change. If it does, we will update you right here.

PS Plus April 2022 Release Date

After the games have been announced, we will see them on the first Wednesday of the month. If this is the case, we can get them downloaded on Wednesday, April 6th

Again, if we see any major changes to this schedule, we'll update you right here.

Last Month's Games

Last month's games were:

  • Ark: Survival Evolved
  • Team Sonic Racing
