In addition to this, we know Oddworld Soulstorm is dropping on April 6 and this will be a PS Plus April 2021 launch title so we're expecting the rest of them to drop on April 6 too.
As for the specific time, these PS Plus 2021 titles usually become free to download at 00:00 on the day of release.
Even if the PS Plus lineup hasn't updated in the store, you can search for the specific title post-midnight and it is usually free to download from then irrespective of time zone.
Confirmed Games
As it stands, we know that Oddworld: Soulstorm will be the primary PS5 title joining PS Plus' line-up of free titles in April 2021.
Developed by Oddworld Inhabitants, the next Oddworld title focuses once again on Abe's attempts at saving his fellow Mudokons from slave labour.
Unlike its' predecessors, Soulstorm features new crafting features and hub areas that elevate its' classic gameplay to a new level.
However, this won't be all and we will keep this updated as-and-when more information becomes available.
Predicted Games
This is the part of the piece in which we could say anything. However, there are some ways to make semi-educated guesses going forwards.

There are also rumours that both Uncharted: Lost Legacy and Marvel's Spider-Man could be making their way to PS Plus as celebrations for the recent Uncharted movie news and Marvel's Avengers' next-gen release.
Marvel's Spider-Man was recently remastered for PS5 so we're not so sure it's on the way but Uncharted: Lost Legacy would be a fantastic title we would certainly like to get our hands on for free.
