We've finally received the patch notes for the latest NBA 2K23 update and we're going to take a look at the likeness fixes.
Along with that, we'll go over a few of the other details surrounding the game including the new sculpts.

NBA 2K23 Update 3.0 (11/29)
The latest NBA 2K23 update was a fairly sizable one and now we have all of the patch notes that we can share with you today.
What we're going to focus on now is the likeness updates and the new sculpts for classic players. If you haven't downloaded it yet, we'd recommend checking for an update on your system.
The NBA 2K23 update also prepped systems for the launch of Season 3 which is set to deploy on Friday, December 3, 2022.
Here are a few of the update notes:
- The Bill Russell “6” logo has been added to the court apron for all 28 alternate floors
- The Black Lives Matter logo has been added to the court floor for all WNBA teams
- The 2021-22 championship banner has been added to the Golden State Warriors arena

Likeness/Sculpts Update
Several players received likeness adjustments while some former players received different sculpts during the NBA 2K23 update.
You can load up the game right now and check out some of these notable changes or head to the 2K site and see them yourself.
Some of these likeness updates are only slight tweaks while others are significant changes such as Paolo Banchero's.

We'll likely see a few of these players added into MyTEAM cards when Season 3 debuts so keep an eye out for a future NBA 2K23 update as well.
Patch Notes for update 1.010
The download itself clocked in at roughly 6.553 GB on PS5, but the download size hasn't been confirmed on Xbox Series X|S.
There were a few gameplay fixes for the latest update and you're likely to experience those when you log in this week.
Events in The City were also adjusted in the NBA 2K23 update, and visual improvements and updates have been made to Pro-Am and other Event-related menus.
Here are a few additional changes:
- Players in a squad will now properly leave Pro-Am Walk-On together
- Addressed an issue that could prevent VC rewards from being received in certain Theater events
- The player matchup overlay will now appear as expected during Rec game intros
- Foam fingers will now properly appear in the City when equipped
