It's important to note that Wang also said that any height under 6'5" is considered "Small" so keep that in mind when creating your NBA 2K23 MyCAREER player.

    • Driving Dunk - 84 OVR
    • Vertical - 70 OVR
    • Allowed Size - Any

Pro Stick expands Dunking Controls

There has been a new pro stick control map revealed for this year's game, providing more control and switching up the dunking mechanics.

The map was overhauled to provide for more control and prevent random blocks. Determining the best dunk to use will be based on the situation.

There have also been several new animations added to dunking, such as the rim hang animation. You'll have to be careful using this in NBA 2K23 because it can result in a technical foul.

Here's the new control map for the Pro Stick in NBA 2K23:

  • UP = Two-Hand
  • RIGHT = Strong Hand
  • LEFT = Weak Hand
  • DOWN = Rim Hang
  • UP-UP = Flashy Two-Hand
  • DOWN-UP = Flashy One-Hand
  • UP-DOWN = Normal Skill Dunk with meter
  • DOWN-DOWN = Rim Hang Skill Dunk with meter

'The Griddy' comes to NBA 2K23

Celebrations are going to become a big part of showing off this year. In NBA 2K23, you'll be able to use one of the most popular celebrations, The Griddy.

Now, we're not sure if this is going to extend to MyCAREER but we expect that you'll be able to use this animation for your own MyPLAYER.
