Are NBA 2K22 Servers Down?

NBA 2K22 Season 3 is ramping up with more action, however, more action has equaled more problems for the NBA 2K22 servers.

Players are now experiencing issues with connecting in The City and NBA 2K22 MyTEAM, which could lead to some scheduled server maintenance.

Let's cover the NBA 2K22 server issues that players are having and when we expect them to get better.

Are the NBA 2K22 Servers Down?

As of December 15, 2021, at 11:00 am, the NBA 2K22 servers are up and running. However, players were experiencing issues earlier in the day which is important to note.

There was also a slight update that occurred a few days ago that was supposed to address some connectivity issues. Hopefully, we'll see another update in the near future.

SERVER STATUS: Everything looks good for the NBA 2K22 Servers right now

As you can see, the NBA 2K22 servers are currently up and running with no issues right now. However, we can expect the NBA 2K22 servers to get even better soon.

When can we expect better NBA 2K22 Servers?

Great news for everyone currently playing on NBA 2K22 servers right now. More space will be added when the NBA 2K20 servers are shut down for good.

This will happen on December 31, 2021, and all of the extra server space will be pushed over to NBA 2K22, meaning connectivity should get a lot better.

BETTER SERVERS: Expect better connectivity in just a few weeks

This means better access for The City, Cancha Del Mar, and NBA 2K222 MyTEAM. This is huge for current gen systems that have trouble with connecting on the Cancha Del Mar.

Considering it's only a few weeks away, we'll likely receive a scheduled maintenance day around the same time to make sure the switch goes off without a hitch.

We'll continue to keep you updated here for any more NBA 2K22 server news.
