Whether you need a goal scorer, playmaker or offensive aggressor, RW can be the position to go to. The top of the position in NHL 20 is very good, with several players rated 90 or higher, and a handful behind them bordering on the 90 OVR mark.

NOW WATCH BELOW to keep up-to-date with the Gaming World!

So, who are the top RWs in NHL 20?

Nikita Kucherov, Tampa Bay Lightning (92
OVR)

The 2018/2019 Ross, Hart, and Pearson award
winner was a huge part of the Lightning’s historic season last year, thus
enters this year’s game as the best in the game.

His goal-scoring ability and puck skills are incredible. 94 deking, 94 hand-eye, 95 passing, and 95 puck control make him such a threat with the puck, and if you give him room to shoot he’ll make you pay with 90 shot power, 93 slap shot accuracy and 95 wrist shot accuracy. He is a beast.

Patrick Kane, Chicago Blackhawks (91 OVR)

Patrick Kane has long been among the best wingers in the NHL and this year that doesn’t change.

While his shot power is just below Kucherov’s, at 89, his accuracy is even better, as are his puck skills. He has 97 deking and hand-eye, 96 passing and 95 puck control, along with 94 slap shot accuracy and 95 wrist shot accuracy.

What sets Kane and Kucherov apart, just, is Kane’s downgrade in Physical and Defense, though it’s only marginal and doesn’t make too much of a difference.

David Pastrnak, Boston Bruins (90 OVR)

Affectionally referred to as Pasta,
Pastrnak is the B’s number one attacking threat with Brad Marchand.

Between his Puck Skills and Shooting, Pasta can be a point machine. His 94 deking highlights his offensive stats, but the rest of his puck skills all sit at 93. Pair those with his 91 speed and 94 agility and he can be a menace with the puck and skating in transition. What’s more, at just 23 he canthe standard of NHL RWs in the future.

Mikko Rantanen, Colorado Avalanche (90 OVR)

On par with Pastrnak is the Avalanche’s
Mikko Ranatanen. At just 22-years-old he and Pastrnak together form a very
exciting future at the position.

Where Pasta is slightly better with the
puck and playmaking, Rantanen is a slightly better shooter. None of his shooting
ratings are below 90 and though not
as high as Pasta’s, none of his puck skills ratings are below 92. Ranatanen is one of the highlights
of the Avalanche roster.

Vladimir Tarasenko, St. Louis Blues (89
OVR)

A Stanley Cup Champ last season, Tarasenko is a key part of the Blues offense and it his ratings absolutely reflect that.

There really isn’t a lot to separate
Tarasenko from both Rantanen and Pastrnak. Puck skills dip no lower than 93 and his shooting is as good as, if
not better, than both of the guys above him. His skating is a touch better than
Rantanen and is just a half star behind him on defense. Tarasenko is great.

Mitchell Marner, Toronto Maple Leafs (89
OVR)

The Maple Leafs may have just fired head coach Mike Babcock, but if you take control of the team you’ll have a great RW to play with.

Physically he isn’t the best, with just two and a half stars, but every other section is at least four and a half stars. He does have the lowest shot power of the top-seven, at just 87, but 91 accuracy makes up for that. As do his puck skills, which range from 91 to 94.

Blake Wheeler, Winnipeg Jets (89 OVR)

Wheeler is the oldest of the top seven, but
that shouldn’t be a reason to overlook the only Power Forward of the group.

With 92 offensive awareness and 90 defensive awareness, along with 87 aggressiveness and body checking, he is a force at both ends of the ice. In addition, he boasts 90+ puck skills, 89 shot accuracy, 92 slap shot power and 91 wrist shot power.

If a power forward is your preference, Wheeler is the best at RW in the game.
