Ember Lab's upcoming title, Kena Bridge of Spirits, could be free on PS5 and we have a good reason why.
On the last Wednesday of every month, PlayStation reveals the next batch of free games to be available with PS Plus.
However, this month they've not done that. With a State of Play presentation due tomorrow, it is clearly related. They wouldn't just forget, right?
If you combine this with an updated release window, it could mean that Kena Bridge of Spirits drops as a free PS5 game next month.
Below, we have everything you need to know about Kena Bridge of Spirits and whether it's free or not.
Free With PS Plus
At this point, Kena Bridge of Spirits' inclusion as a PS Plus title for March 2021 is just a rumour.
However, this doesn't mean it is impossible. Just the other day, SIE CEO Jim Ryan made comments to suggest that new games were going to continue to use PS Plus as a launch platform going forward.
Kena: Bridge of Spirits has a dedicated, but ultimately, small fan base going forward into Ember Lab's launch. Could a PS Plus release help shed the light it deserves on this title?

As you would expect, Ember Lab is keeping mum about it all too. Even if it was coming out on PS Plus next month, this announcement is clearly being saved for the State of Play later.
Therefore, it isn't any surprise that we're starting to see tweets like this:
This isn't the first time a developer has denied something to then, hours later, go back on their word in an effort to keep to any pre-planned announcement.
Kena Bridge of Spirits currently has a March 2021 release window. Even if we don't get it as a PS Plus title, expect a confirmation of when it is out very soon.
Kena Bridge of Spirits
Ember Lab's upcoming action-adventure title promises to be an emotional experience.
In Kena Bridge of Spirits, the narrative follows a young spirit guide who uses her abilities to help the deceased transcend through the physical world to the spirit world.
It will undoubtedly tackle the concepts of loss, unrecognised trauma, and understanding.
