Here's what you should know about co-op

Is Far Cry 6 Co-Op?

Yes! Far Cry 6 is fully co-op and will allow you and a friend to team up and take on the entire game from start to finish. In previous titles, only side activities were playable as a team but in Far Cry 5, this was expanded to the entire story.

It is now yet confirmed how the lobbies will work. It makes sense that whoever has completed less of the game will take priority meaning the player who is further along will have to replay some missions. This choice may be left up to players though.

Far Cry 6 Release Date

Far Cry 6 released on Thursday, 7 October. It will be available on Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, PS4, PS5, and PC.

It will also be available on two streaming services, Google Stadia and Amazon Luna. The game will also feature free upgrades for next-gen versions of the game.
