Being a female in a male-dominated industry has its wins but also its losses and all-female teams know this the most. With how new the esports industry is, it's a shocker that the progressive nature of 2022 has not been applied. But in a world full of all-male teams, female teams are rising in popularity.
Think of your favourite esports teams... Fnatic, Excel, G2? One similarity between the main roster for all of these groups is the gender. Predominately male. But there are many companies now working to have a more inclusive spread of players.
With the industry beginning its marks to become more diverse and inclusive, here are the best all-female teams of 2022.

G2Gozen all-female team
G2 have set up its own all-female roster in order to promote inclusivity. They claim that gender is not an important aspect of their roster making. However, this team has been formed to participate in mixed leagues especially.

Godsent all-female team
Godsent's all-female team has professional players from CS:GO and Apex Legends. Their team consists of:

- Lilly “Katti” Lucas
Their performances in Tier 2 North American scene have left them with a few wins. But their aspirations to go international are still developing.

Dignitas Fe is one of the best all-female teams in the industry. Their 2022 roster is

Version X
Version X is another American esports company that comes to Minnesota to train for 6-7 hours a day. They have their own HQ based at the Vikings Innovation Centre which paves the way for female equality. Their official roster consists of:
