X Factors ready to make a massive return in Madden 22

Madden 22 is around the corner, and we're more excited than ever to see X Factor abilities make a return this year.

We first got a look at the X Factors with the EA Play trial, which he have more details on below!

More news is set to be revealed between now and the title's release date, but here's everything we know so far about X Factors in Madden 22.

All Madden 22 X Factor Players & Abilities

While we did get to see all of the X Factors built into the game at that time and assigned to various players, who they're assigned to could still change between now and launch day.

The same is true for the abilities themselves, as we were testing out an unfinished early build of Madden 22, but what we learned is a major indication of what we could see when the title is released.

Quarterback

  • Patrick Mahomes: Bazooka (Max throwing distance increased)
  • Russell Wilson: Blitz Radar (Highlights extra blitzers)
  • Lamar Jackson: Truzz (Can't fumble as a result of a tackle)
  • Tom Brady: Pro Reads (Highlights the first open target & ignores pressure)
  • Aaron Rodgers: Gambler (Faster passes that can't be picked off by AI defenders)

Wide Receiver

Madden 22 Reveal Trailer & Release Date

Madden 22 was announced months ago, and with that came the first official trailer with an amazing look at this year's gameplay.

On top of the trailer being released, we now know Madden 22 is set to be released on August 20, 2021.

However, anyone who chooses to pre order the Dynasty or MVP Edition will gain Early Access to play as soon as August 17, 2021.
