Madden 22 Franchise Mode took a lot of steps forward this year, and as a result, it's looking better than it has in a long time. However, we're still waiting on two significant updates.
We've received a few updates, but are hoping to see a significant one if another title update is revealed. Perhaps EA is finished with providing any Franchise Mode updates.

Latest - Could a Title Update come soon?
The March Title Update in Madden 22 should be just around the corner since we're already halfway through the month. Unfortunately, we haven't heard anything recently.
Not long ago, players were told that two Franchise Mode updates would be coming to fix bugs and add content. Still, we've yet to see any of this.
Here is a bit of what EA had to say about the Franchise Mode updates: "we are committed to continuing to improve Franchise as a part of our ongoing Madden NFL 22 live service and beyond. This includes two upcoming Franchise updates that we’ll deliver in Madden NFL 22. We will have more details on the updates in the new year.”

With #FixMaddenFranchise having seen major periods trending on Twitter, it remains one of the most beloved and criticized parts of the Madden series.
New Features
EA revealed that coaching and staff management, scouting improvements, new scenario engine enhancements, a new team chemistry system, and commissioner tools improvements are all coming in Madden 22.
"We will deliver many top requested Franchise features, including staff management and a new skill tree progression system, deeper weekly game strategy and a revamped scenario engine at launch. Madden NFL 22 is a Live Service, and we view Franchise as a live service mode, so updates to Franchise and the game overall will continue throughout the season, with our first live service update in September targeting to release one of the top requested features, Player Scouting. Look for more details on post-launch updates later in the summer," said Madden 22 producer Reggie Sami.

Coaching Staff, Coordinators, Talent Trees & more
Madden 22 Franchise Mode has a new system for the coaching staff that adds a ton of depth to building out your team on and off the field.
This includes hiring coordinators and improving them over time with talent trees letting you grow your internal support staff as you grow your team.
Press Conferences
Madden 22 Franchise Mode also saw the introduction of press conferences, where players can choose between answer options, and these will have an effect on the organization around you.
Weekly Strategy
Madden 22 Franchise Mode features some new improvements to your weekly strategic planning. This includes utilizing the new coordinators, workload management to avoid fatigue and injury, and game planning before and even during games!
That's not all, there is going to be plenty of post launch support scheduled for Madden 22, including new updates to trade logic and scouting.
Staff Points bring depth to Franchise Mode
It seems as if EA has been listening to the players and brought more depth to the Franchise Mode of Madden 22. This was a tweet released by Madden 22 to help players get adjusted to using Staff Points.
Needless to say, we have a lot more players that are happy with the Madden 22 Franchise Mode than last year.
Deep Dive reveals more about Franchise
Several details were released when Madden 22 was made official, they also dropped a deep dive video before the release looking specifically at Franchise Mode.
