New Champions

Intensely shy, the fae fawn Lillia skittishly wanders Ionia’s forests.

Hiding just out of sight of mortals whose mysterious natures have long captivated, but intimidated her.

Lillia hopes to discover why their dreams no longer reach the ancient Dreaming Tree.

She now travels to Ionia with a magical branch in hand, in an effort to find people’s unrealized dreams.

Only then can Lillia herself bloom and helps others untangle their fears to find the sparkle within. Eep!

Lillia will be released on December 15 at 00:01 UTC.

Braum

Braum and his marvelous mustache have been overperforming at all levels, so we’re trimming
his ‘stache and lowering some of his base stats to bring him more in line with other supports.
Don’t worry though, Braum would still want them to be behind him though.

Base stats
● Base Attack Damage: 58 → 54
● Base Armor: 50 → 46

Dr. Mundo

Mundo truly goes where he pleases, and with more monster damage on Infected Bonesaw, it
looks like he’s heading towards the j ungle. We made sure to give Baron Lane some tune ups as
well, and lowered the cooldown on his Heart Zapper.

(1) Infected Bonesaw
● Damage to monsters cap: 125/200/275/350 → 250/350/450/550

(2) Heart Zapper
● Cooldown: 16/ 15/ 14/ 13s → 13/12/11/10s

Garen

Since our last changes, Garen has significantly fallen off in higher levels of play. We’re going to
give this golden boy some j ustice and revert Judgment’s damage nerf and increase the crit
multiplier on it so that you’ll be rewarded more for your skillful plays.

(3) Judgment
● Base damage: 9/ 12/ 15/ 18 → 11/14/17/20
● Total base damage for all ticks: 72/96/ 120/ 144 → 88/112/136/160
● Outer edge critical multiplier: 125/ 130/ 135/ 140% → 135/140/145/150%

Kassadin

While Kassadin can be frustrating to play against, his win rates have been on the lower side.
So, we’re lending him a hand, and giving some of his abilities a boost to make sure he doesn’t
get lost in the void.

(1) Null Sphere
● Base damage: 70/ 135/200/265 → 80/145/210/275
● Cooldown: 11/ 10/9/8s → 10/9/8/7s

Kayn

Even after our adj ustments last patch, you could say that Shadow Assassin Kayn is still feeling
a bit …blue. So, we’re increasing his burst potential with his passive, and also speeding up
Blade’s Reach. We feel that ability still feels weaker, especially when compared to Slayher
Kayn’s, so we’re hoping the speed up fits Shadow Assassins theme of quick strikes.

(P) The Darkin Scythe
● Shadow Assassin bonus damage: 10~38% → 14~42%
(2) Blade’s Reach
● Shadow Assassin cast time: 0.55s → 0.4s

Nunu and Willump

We’re increasing the ratios across Nunu’s kit, so that you can start saying yesyes to those more
diverse builds, rather than nono.

(1) Consume
● Healing Ability Power ratio: 60% → 70%
(3) Snowball Barrage
● Ability Power ratio per snowball: 4% → 5%
● Max snowball Ability Power ratio: 68% → 85%
(4) Absolute Zero
● Shield Ability Power ratio: 150% → 180%

Pantheon

We’re increasing the early cooldown on Pantheon’s Aegis Assault to help him out during the
early laning phase and those first few j ungle clears. We’re also buffing his ultimate and giving it
more armor penetration, so that he can make a grand entrance even in the later stages of the
game.

(3) Aegis Assault
● Cooldown: 18/ 16/ 14/ 12s → 15/14/13/12s

(4) Grand Starfall
● Armor penetration percentage: 10/ 15/20% → 10/17.5/25%

Rakan

Bird on the street is that Rakan is a little too good at starting the party, particularly in higher
levels of play. So we’re slightly reducing the amount of move speed he gains when he charms
foes with his ultimate.

(4) The Quickness
● Increased Movement speed when hitting an enemy: 100% → 75%

Riven

Riven has been a menace in higher levels of play while also still struggling to find her footing in
other levels of play. Since our previous attempts at reducing the defenses her abilities grant her
and increasing her passive defenses were effective at reducing this gap, we’re going back for
round three.

Base stats
● Armor per level: 3.9 → 4.5
● Health regeneration: 10.5 → 12

(3) Valor
● Shield Attack Damage ratio: 100% → 90%

Wild Rift ARAM Changes

Aatrox

● Damage received: 0% → -10%

Fizz

● Damage dealt: 0% → +5%

Katarina

● Damage received: -10% → -15%

Kayn

● Energy growth per 10 seconds: Minute² + 25 → 3 × (Minute² + 25)
● Damage dealt: 0% → +5%
● Damage received: 0% → -5%

Warwick

● Damage dealt: 0% → +5%
● Damage received: 0% → -10%

Gameplay Changes

Rune Changes

Domination: Giant Slayer

Giant Slayer has been coming online too quickly but it’s hard to see and appreciate its power
when it is finally activated and online. So, we’re scaling back the condition so that it only triggers
on champions building durability and also increasing the effect.
● 500 Bonus Health increases additional damage by 10% → 700 Bonus Health
increases additional damage by 14%

Domination: Sudden Impact

We’re making Sudden Impact more.. impactful and hope to broaden its audience by increasing
the duration of the buff so champions with single dashes can get more use out of it.

● Armor and Magic resistance penetration: 10 → 13
● Duration: 3s → 4s

Inspiration: Pathfinder

Pathfinder has been a bit weak after release, so we’re buffing the regeneration it grants to make
it more noticeable.
● When out of combat, recover missing health/mana per second: 0.6% → 1%
