There's another new car being added to GTA Online this week and it is worth checking out - the Los Santos Tuners update must be running out of cars soon, right? This new car might just be one of the fastest we've seen added, though. It's also going to be included in the new Prize Ride Challenge for you to complete too! Here's the latest...
Is the Ubermacht Cypher the way to go?
The newest car to join GTA Online's garage is a quick one, but it's a bit more expensive than the rest. That doesn't mean it isn't worth it though. The Ubermacht Cypher has a lot under the hood and it's well worth your time.
“Powerful, intimidating and a little sadistic, driving the Cypher is the most hardcore experience to come out of Germany since der menschlichen Toilette.”
The Ubermacht Cypher will set you back GTA$ 1,550,00 at full price - from Legendary Motorsport - or around GTA$ 1,162,500 if you have the right Trade Price unlocked. Unusually, it's also this week's Prize Ride Challenge!
Is the Karin Sultan RS Classic really worth it?
The latest car to be added to GTA Online is a bit of an all-rounder, really. It's not the fastest, but it's got great handling for what you get. It's not a bad car, but we're finding it hard to justify getting your hands on it at full price - it seems grossly overpriced for what it is.
" You might think the Sultan RS Classic is the perfect car for that Auntie your parents stopped inviting to Christmas. And it turns out that's true, because your parents suck, and your aunt sneaks out at the weekend to co-run legendary rally championships and stack-out her Hornbills loyalty card. Time to take after the wrong side of the family..."
The Karin Sultan RS Classic will set you back GTA$ 1,789,000 at full price - from Southern San Andreas Super Autos - or GTA$ 1,341,750 at Trade Price.
Is the Pfister Growler really that scary?
The Pfister Growler is the newest GTA Online car to be added as a part of the continuation of the Los Santos Tuners update. It's not a bad car by any stretch, but it's also not really anything too spectacular. Looking at the official description of the vehicle tells you everything you need to know.
“You prefer the book to the movie. You drink spirits neat. You describe your sense of humor as 'subtle' and your lovemaking as 'imperceptible'. You're The Thinking Person. And you choose handling over speed, control over power, and principle over pleasure. You choose wisely. You choose the Pfister Growler.”
You can purchase it for GTA$1,627,000 - or GTA$ 1,220,250 if you have the right Trade Price permissions from the LS Car Meet.
Will the Vectre make you the Emperor of the track?
The Emperor Vectre is the next sports car to be added to GTA Online as a part of the Los Santos Tuners update and it's a bit of a beast. Sadly, though, it doesn't look like it will be challenging the top spot without serious modification. It's got a great top speed and acceleration, but this is meaningless as it's one of the weightier cars in the class.
" Too extra for the classics? More over-the-top than underground? Forget trying to find that scrapyard bucket and make the only first impression that counts in the Emperor Vectre. Like a supermodel with a mean 100m sprint, this is the kind of narcissism that'll ride you till you're raw and leave you with nothing but gratitude."
You can buy it from Legendary Motorsport for GTA$ 1,785,000, or at a Trade Price of GTA$ 1,338,750.
Time to Dominate with the Vapid Dominator ASP
The next car to join GTA Online is the Vapid Dominator ASP. It's arguably one of the best Muscle Cars in the game at the moment, with fantastic acceleration and top speed. It rivals Sports Cars and has enough grip to make it a viable option for a Street Race Series race.
With upgrades, this could be a contender for the top spots when you consider its balanced statistics. If you're looking for raw power, then you're going to be better off going with a Sports Car.
The car sells for GTA$ 1,775,000 on Southern San Andreas Super Autos or can be purchased at a Trade Price of GTA$ 1,331,250.
Another Contender Joins The Garage
The Pfister Comet S2 has arrived in GTA Online and, like its predecessor, it is fast. It might feel a bit sluggish, to begin with, but it has excellent handling and braking which can be enhanced alongside its raw power through in-game upgrades.
All of this makes it a strong contender for one of the fastest cars out there at the moment. The Pfister Comet S2 is going to set you back GTA$1,878,000 at retail or a discounted GTA$1,408,500 trade price from Legendary Motorsport online.
" This isn't just a fast car. It's a car with the kind of reputation that no amount of targeted advertising can buy. So, when some people see a Comet they make a wish. Others run screaming for cover, prophesying doom, destruction, and crippling medical expenses. Either way, you made an impression."
How Much Does Each New Car Cost?
First things first, let's talk price. It's all well and good knowing which car is fastest, but that knowledge is a little useless if you can't afford it right? What Is the Best New Car in GTA Online Los Santos Tuners
It seems like the fastest car is also the best in the GTA Online Los Santos Tuners update.
Not only is the Karin Calico GTF the fastest car, but it has the highest overall rating and stats.
While it's not uncommon for the tuner cars, it has 100/100 for handling, which should make it a lot of fun to play as.
We're still testing the cars, so we'll update you if we find another option to be best or a better car is added later in the event's schedule.
