With the brand-new season ready to take over, players are eagerly anticipating the Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 2 live event.
We don't quite know what Chapter 4 Season 2 will have in store just yet but you can be sure that the live event will provide some hints.
Live events are always a highlight in the Fortnite calendar, with some of the game's most iconic moments born within them.
The likes of Travis Scott and Ariana Grande have featured in the past, but what can we expect this time around?
Check out when the Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 2 live event will start and what you can expect from it below.
When is the Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 2 live event?
Epic Games has not yet confirmed the official start date and time for the Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 2 live event.
However, judging from previous live events we have a pretty good idea of when the Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 2 event will begin.
Usually Epic runs the live events just a few hours prior to the end of the season. With Chapter 4 Season 1 already over, we know this isn't the case this time around.
So, perhaps a live event will be announced for the start of Season 2 on Friday, 10 March.
There is a chance that Epic does not run a Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 2 live event as we have seen in the past for previous seasons.
What to expect
Assuming Epic holds a live event this time around, which is not a guarantee, it will no doubt give us a taste of what's to come in Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 2.
We expect some concrete information regarding the Chapter 4 Season 2 storyline to be teased, potentially in line with the rumours surrounding the Fox Clan and the Peace Syndicate.
In previous live events, we have also seen massive changes to the Fortnite island, in addition to unique cosmetic rewards and in-game items.
We don't expect any drastic changes to the Fortnite landscape on this occasion.
