When does Fortnite Season 7's Invasion-themed update end?

The next Fortnite season is finally here and we're already wondering when it's going to end. No, not like that! We love the Invasion theme. We just want to know how long we're going to have to unlock Toxic Rick and Shadow Superman!

It's good to have a timeline, right? Here's when Fortnite Season 7 is due to end.

When Does Season 7 End?

Fortnite Season 7 STARTED on June 8th, and it's going to last just over three months. This isn't too out of the ordinary for Fortnite seasons and the now-current Battle Pass does allow us to investigate when it's due to end.

According to the current numbers, Fortnite Season 7 is due to end on September 12th. This means the next season should be beginning on the same day, provided there aren't any narrative-based delays. Aliens ARE invading Fortnite Island. Something might go wrong.

However, we won't know about any of that until the start of September 2021 at the earliest. Epic Games likes to keep us all on our toes.

What Is Season 7 Even All About?

Extraterrestrial life has blown up The Spire and invaded Fortnite Island. As it turns out, the Daily Planet was watching everything unfold and it looks like Rick Sanchez, who may or may not be from Dimension C-137, has arrived to take a look. Canonically, Fortnite would have its own Rick though... So maybe this is someone completely new!

Either way, Epic Games is pulling out all the stops in its Invasion-themed seasonal update and the best place to check out what's gone on is the Season 7 Story Trailer below:

The Primal weapons may be extinct, but there's a new set of space-age firearms for players to get their hands on and a few more skins for players to fight with and against. Fortnite Season 7 is one of the best updates we've seen in a long time.
