The Fortnite Cosmic Summer Celebration has finally been confirmed. This event was suspected due to the nature of the preparation works taking place at Believer Beach over the course of Season 7.
Here's everything we know about the event so far about the recently announced event.
When Does The Fortnite Cosmic Summer Celebration Start
The event will start on 22 June and run for two weeks in total. It begins at 2pm BST so expect an update to the game files around this time if not prior.
Preparation works have been taking place at Believer Beach ever since the Alien invasion started. Many believed this was working towards another potential in-game concert. Instead it appears the area was gearing up for the Fortnite Cosmic Summer Celebration
It appears there are no current plans for another concert at this time, but instead this two week event will take over Believer Beach and turn it into a party zone.
What Is The Fortnite Cosmic Summer Celebration
We can't be too sure on the specifics, but Epic have provided and small insight to what may be taking place over the two weeks.
There is the promise of new quests, new rewards and content aimed at group play. Given that we won't see the return of the DreamHack events until next month, could yet another Cup be in the works alongside the Euro Cup and Thanos Cup?
We are always game for new quests and rewards. The Season 7 content so far has been first class, and while the story burn has been slow, its got fans more invested than any other season in Chapter 2.
We'll keep you up to date as we learn more about the event, especially about what exactly is happening over the two weeks. We have a feeling Epic has something else up their sleeve.
