A couple more World Cup Swaps Tokens have come in FIFA 23 Ultimate Team, both found via packs in the FUT Store.
You can purchase the WC Phenom Foundations Pack and WC Phenom Essentials Pack to gain an additional Token from each, although the Essentials pack is extortionately priced at 200,000 coins or 2,000 points.
We have now exceeded the initial 50 Swaps Tokens EA said would be released, with it now thought a total of 60 will come.
