The Future Stars campaign is one of the most popular in the Ultimate Team calendar.
Recognising the brightest footballing talents around today, the Future Stars campaign gives FUT fans a glimpse into what could be the future, providing a crossover between Career Mode's 'potential' feature and Ultimate Team.
Read on to find out everything you need to know about FIFA 23's Future Stars.
What are Future Stars?
The Future Stars promo will highlight the brightest breakthrough talents in world football who are 23 years of age and under.
The group selected for a Future Stars item will include players who have shown great potential but have not yet become established global superstars.
These Future Stars cards will represent players at the expected pinnacle of their careers, rather than right now.
FUT 22's Future Stars promo saw the likes of Jude Bellingham, Dusan Vlahovic, Aurelien Tchouameni, Ibrahima Konate and Emile Smith-Rowe rewarded with massively boosted cards.
Players released in past Future Stars campaigns will not be eligible for the FUT 23 promo squad.
Future Stars special items
Each year, EA introduces a number of Future Stars cards with a twist via the SBC and Objectives tabs.
We expect Academy Player Objectives to return for the FIFA 23 promo.
Academy Player Objectives allow you to earn a card and upgrade it by completing certain tasks within the objectives menu, just as you can see below.
To unlock the final evolution of the Academy Objective Players, you will have to complete every single task within the objective.
Dual Potential players are also likely to return.
Dual Potential players will be given two different cards with varying stats depending on the position change that they are given.
