2020 was a huge year for Sony with the release of the PS5, but now it is time to look towards 2021.
Sony will be looking to bring PS Now into the next generation too, with the release of many new next-gen games.
But, what does Sony have in store for the first month of the new year?
Latest News - Release Date
With New Years Day falling on a Friday and then a weekend of heavy heads to follow, Sony will announce the PlayStation Now games on January 5, 2021.
This is the same date that the PS Plus games will be changing, so it makes sense for PS Now to follow that too.
Bugsnax is also leaving PS Plus, for PS5 users, on this date so it would make sense.

Leaving Titles
Let's start with the bad news, the titles that will be leaving the PlayStation subscription service in the new year.
Here are all the confirmed titles so far.
- Days Gone - January 4th
- Hitman II - January 31st
- Dead Cells - January 31st
Days Gone is probably the biggest loss of the bunch, and with the 2019 release leaving at the start of the month, you better act fast if you want to get it complete!
Arriving Titles
It's out with the old, and in with the new!
The list of PlayStation Now games for January 2021 has now leaked with the following games being added:

- Surviving Mars
- The Crew 2 - Available Until July 5, 2021

Predictions
Fallout 76
PlayStation Now is no stranger to the Fallout series, with 2015 title Fallout 4 currently available to users of the service.
So why not add another to the party? 2018 release Fallout 76 drew mixed reviews following its release, but why not give it another crack at we hit 2021.
Mortal Kombat 11
Who doesn't love a fighting game?
It's somewhat surprising that none of the Mortal Kombat titles currently feature in the PS Now collection, but there's always a first time for everything!
MK11 was an elite title, so we'd be over the moon if this prediction comes to fruition.
The Last of Us Part II
The Last of Us has been an incredibly popular series within the PlayStation Now world, but this year's release - TLOU Part II - has yet to hit the service.
In fairness, the title was only released back in June of this year so it shouldn't be surprising that it hasn't arrived yet, but the ability to complete the series would be an incredible way to see in the new year.
