There is nothing better in Call of Duty than getting the Final Killcam, allowing you to flex on the corpse of your enemy.
But the popular feature was removed from the game and players have been demanding it return.
Final Killcam Returning
Treyarch's Lead Game Designer, Matt Scronce, confirmed on Twitter that the Final Killcam will be making a return in a future update.
Replying to a tweet from @TheMW2Ghost, he confirmed it will be coming back to the game saying,
"We have a design ready for a hybrid system that will play Best Play or Final Kill depending on what ends the round. No ETA on when that gets implemented until we’re back from our holiday break."
Its strange that they didn't include from the start, but it is good news that it is coming back and it was noticeably missing from the game.
With most developers being off over the holidays we will likely have to wait until later this month or February to see it implemented into the game.
Double XP Weekend
Players have a couple of days left to enjoy the Double XP Weekend that has taken place over the new year.
The Double XP Weekend will last until January 4 2021 at 10am PT, 6pm GMT.
BOCW's latest Playlist Update saw new modes come to the game, giving players some variety throughout the season.
- 3v3 Gunfight Snipers Only
- Face Off
- Raid 24/7
- Nuketown Holiday 24/7
- 2v2 Gunfight
