EA Sports FC is the brand new spin-off title from EA Sports following their split from FIFA.
Official information pertaining to this new release is only a matter of weeks away, with fans eagerly anticipating the start of this new era.
However, plenty of confusion remains and we want to cut through the noise and address some of the most important points.
That being said, there remains some confusion around the teams that will feature in EA Sports and we've got you covered for all the answers.
Will EA Sports FC have real teams?
The simple answer is yes, with every team that has signed a deal to feature in the FIFA series technically signing with EA Sports, rather than FIFA themselves.
That means that EA Sports FC will feature all the licensed leagues and teams that feature in FIFA 23, with more potentially on the way.
EA Sports boast an impressive license portfolio and they will flex this in EA Sports FC.
On top of the sides that have featured in FIFA for years, new licenses are expected to be added, with an expansion of women's sides almost certain to arrive when EAFC lands in 2023.
Whether they were top of the pile or in the lower ebbs, many sides showed unity with EA following the FIFA split, indicating that the developers hold the power moving forward.
So fear not, you will still be able to use all of your favourite teams when EA Sports FC lands in 2023.
