The Valorant 8.03 patch notes have been revealed! Valorant Patch 8.03 was supposed to go live quite some time ago, but because of several reasons, it ended up being postponed.

This patch will introduce significant buffs to Chamber along with several bug fixes and performance updates. A new Esports Store will also go live, giving players the chance to support their favourite teams with VCT Team Capsules.

We expect Patch 8.03 to arrive at Valorant on Wednesday, 21 February at around 10am PT/6 pm GMT, according to the Valorant Wiki patch notes page. Patch 8.03 launch time can vary depending on your region and timezone so be aware of that.

Chamber receives buffs and new Esports Store launches

Chamber will receive two massive buffs in Patch 8.03, that can potentially bring him back to his former glory.

The Headhunter price will decrease from 150 to 100 credits, while the Tour De Force firing rate will increase from 0.7 seconds to 0.9 seconds. These changes will help Chamber easily lock down bombsites by himself on the defensive side, and make his ultimate even stronger.

Players can now support their favourite teams with the newly introduced VCT Team Capsules, which you can access through a new Esports Store tab. Each capsule includes a Classic, Gun Buddy, Player Card, and Spray. Notably, Teams will earn 50% of profits from their respective Capsules.

  • Streamlined the time from launch to the main menu appearing by removing stalls from that flow. This landed in Patch 8.02

  • The Esports Store is live!
    • Support your favourite team with the VCT Team Capsules, accessible through a new Esports Store tab

  • Fixed an issue where Agents would look like they were still nearsighted in 3rd person for a short period of time if they destroyed Reyna’s Leer (C) right after it became shootable

  • Fixed an issue where in the end-of-game summary, kills per round was incorrectly rounding up

  • Fixed an issue in the scoreboard tab with Ultimate Charges being covered by very long username

  • Sunset
    • Adjusted fence in A Elbow to fix an issue when shooting through the top section
    • Fixed a bug where you could jump to the top of the phone booth in A Lobby
    • Fixed a bug that allowed Attackers to break Cypher’s Trapwires (C) in B Main from Mid

Premier

  • Fixed an issue in some regions where the Zone displayed in Standings did not match the one selected
