Two Point Campus delayed to August

Two Point Campus' release date has been delayed developers Two Point Studios announced today.

Two Point Campus delayed three months

The release, which was originally slated for May 17, has now been pushed back three months to August 9 due to the game's company needing more time to continue their "optimization efforts for all platforms."

"Our ambition from the start has been to release Two Point Campus across all PC and console platforms simultaneously to the quality and standard that our community expects from us. This means we will need a little bit more time with Two Point Campus to make sure we deliver the best possible game that can be enjoyed equally on all platforms”. We will use these additional three months to optimize Two Point Campus for all platforms," stated Game Director at Two Point Studios, Mark Webley.

As a token of appreciation for fans' understanding, Two Point Studios released a video in which they showcased the game's look and feel from a developer's point of view.

As fans and non-fans of the previous Two Point title, Two Point Hospital, might know, this Campus version operates in the same fashion. The game tasks players with building and running a campus environment in which the decisions made will directly affect the students' futures.

These decisions range from choosing some of the most eye-pleasing buildings such as dorms, pathways, hedgerows, and more to making sure that your students are doing their best both socially and academically with activities such as hanging out with friends or participating in sports and societies.

Now that the new campus building, student engaging game will be released at a later date all that is left to do is wait.

With that in mind, here's a trailer of Two Point Campus released almost a year ago.
