Pokemon Unite 1.4.1.2 Patch Notes with Stats: All Balance Changes

Pokemon Unite 1.4.1.2, the game's first major patch of 2022, is now finally live!

The patch introduced Trevenant, a new Melee Defender, and plenty of important balance changes that are a welcome sight.

With that, here are all the balance changes in the Pokemon Unite 1.4.1.2 patch notes along with their numeric values (something that isn't revealed directly by TiMi Studio Group.)

Release Date

Pokemon Unite 1.4.1.2 went live on January 20, 2022, at 11 pm PST. This patch marks the official release of Trevenant.

Trevenant Price

Trainers would obtain the Trevenant License in the Unite Battle Committee Shop for 10000 Aeos Coins or 575 Aeos Gems.

Pokemon Unite 1.4.1.2 Patch Notes

Pokemon Unite's first patch of the new year is packed with intriguing balance changes.

In this patch, the newest Pokemon Tsareena and Dragonite were both nerfed, reducing Power Creep in the game to get things back under control.

Pokemon Buffs

Charizard

  • Basic Attack
    • Slow Decreased: 15% -> 5%
  • Flamethrower
    • The ability can be cast while moving
  • Fire Blast
    • The ability can be cast while moving
  • Unite Move: Seismic Slam
    • Range increased: 5000 -> 6000

Decidueye

  • Basic Attack
    • After level 7, the amount of HP regained increased: 5-20 -> 5-25
  • Spirit Shackle
    • Increased the maximum number of uses that can be kept in reserve for this move to 3.
    • Fixed an issue of Spirit Shackle
  • Razor Leaf
    • Damage to opposing Pokémon increased: Ratio 70% -> 80% - 100 -> 120
  • Leaf Storm
    • Area of effect increased: 8 -> 10
    • Effects on opposing Pokémon strengthened.
    • Controls adjusted.
  • Unite Move: Nock Nock
    • Controls adjusted.

Machamp

  • Basic Attack
    • After level 7, the amount of HP regained increased: 5-15 -> 5-20
  • Karate Chomp
    • Damage increased: Base ATK 270 -> 320 - Ratio 205% -> 217%
  • Dynamic Punch
    • Range increased: 4000 -> 5000
  • Submission
    • Effects trigger even if the opponent Pokemon isn't hindered.

Gengar

  • Abilities level
    • Gengar abilities are now learned at Lv. 5 and Lv. 7
  • Hex
    • Damage to opponent decreased: Base 220 -> 150
  • Dream Eater
    • If the opponent is knocked out, reset the cooldown.

Pokemon Nerfs

Dragonite

  • Basic Attack
    • Range decreased: 6 -> 5.5
  • Hyper Beam
    • Damage opponents decreased: 410-656 -> 350-560
  • Extreme Speed
    • Range increased: 5.5 -> 6
    • Cooldown reduced: 9s -> 7s
  • Unite Move: Draco Impact
    • Increased the amount by which the Unite Move gauge decreases
    • Energy Cost: 30000 -> 60000

Tsareena

  • Basic Attack
    • Basic attack speed increased
  • Triple Axel
    • Effects on the Tsareena weakened
    • Damage opponents decreased: Base: 96 -> 78 - Queenly Majesty DMG: 153 -> 125
  • Stomp
    • HP restoration increased: 37.5% -> 60%
  • Grassy Glide
    • Removed the effect that reduced an opponent's speed
    • Cooldown lengthened: 6.5s -> 8s

Talonflame

  • Fly
    • Cooldown decrease when hitting opponents reduced to 40%
    • Damage opponent decreased: 1050 -> 910
    • Cooldown lengthened: 9s -> 12s
  • Aerial Ace
    • HP recovered when the move hits opponents reduced to 50%
    • If the enemy is knocked out during Aerial Ace, Aerial Ace's cooldown will reset
    • Controls adjusted

Lucario

  • Meteor Mash
    • Damage to opponent decreased: 210 -> 180
    • Effects on opponents weakened
  • Extreme Speed
    • HP restoration decreased: 45% -> 33.75%
  • Close Combat
    • Move Upgrade, now heal and become unstoppable: Heal 15%
  • Power-Up Punch
    • Fixed an issue where Meteor Mash wouldn't hit

Battle Item Changes

X-Attack

  • Now also increases Sp. Atk, and basic attack speed for a short time

Slow Smoke

  • The cloud of smoke now decreases the opponent's movement speed and basic attack speed for a short time
  • Duration extended
  • Increase the reduction of Movement Speed in opponents

Fluffy Tail

  • Fixed an issue that it could be used for other than wild Pokemon.
