Portugal is the next country to join the array of maps in Overwatch 2. Maps from all around the world are included in-game.

New Overwatch 2 map name
The new map in Overwatch 2 is titled Esperanca. In a direct translation from Portuguese to English, it translates to Hope.
With hope for the sequel to Overwatch pretty low, let's hope this new map is enough to inspire hope in the players that will move to the new game.
Blizzard Entertainment is not one to scrimp on the details. To prepare for the design and environment for the new map, teams were sent to Portugal.
Their field research lead to in-game background sounds being replicated in the new map. This really brings the new Overwatch 2 map to life.
Another Push map
The new game mode that debuts on the sequel's release date are called Push.
Push is similar to a game of tug and war, where teams defend a robot to get it to the end zone and win. It can lead to some really unique combat situations.
Additionally, there have already been some new maps released which are dedicated to that specific mode.
However, as you may have guessed, the new Portuguese map is also dedicated to this new game mode.
