NBA 2K23: How to unlock the Dr. Disrespect quest in MyCAREER
If you've spotted any chatter about Dr. Disrespect in NBA 2K23 MyCAREER, it can be easy to wonder early on when he's going to show up.
In fact, the Dr. Disrespect quest in NBA 2K23 is one of the later options in the game, as it doesn't appear until you've unlocked Endorsements.

The Mountain Dew Endorsement Deal, seen above, is the quest you'll have to work on in order to gain access to Dr. Disrespect, and you can spot the military vest reminiscent of his own is one of the rewards.
You'll need to work on your Flashy and Free Spirit Levels and rack up at least 125,000 Fans before you can accept the Mountain Dew Endorsement Deal and continue with this quest.
Dr. Disrespect Location & How to Beat at HORSE
Once you've accepted the Mountain Dew Endorsement Deal, you'll get a new objectives to meet with Dr. Disrespect for a few basketball challenges.
Eventually you'll get the objective to "talk to Dr. Disrespect to challenge him to a game of H.O.R.S.E." which will mean you're almost done with this quest.
However, it has been known to glitch the location on your map, so don't panic if you're not be given a clear place to go.
Dr. Disrespect can be found at Robert Miles Court, which is a private park in the top left of the map not far from the Western Wildcats Affiliation Borough.
Your challenge will be to win a game of HORSE, but this can be difficult if you're not used to executing different kinds of shots.
However, standard mid-range shots between the paint and three point line tend to trip up the AI if you're on Rookie, so stick to those and you should wrap this one up after one or two attempts.
After you win at HORSE, the final challenge is a 3v3 matchup at the same location, not unlike the ones you'll have to do at Dreamer Court with J. Cole after finishing the It's a Cole World quest.
Stick to your fundamentals and you should be able to wrap this up without too much trouble, and that'll net you the following rewards:
- Black Military Vest
- 5,000 VC
- +25,000 Fans
- +3,000 MVP Points
- Mountain Dew Billboard
While the quest itself listed 3,000 VC as the reward, we received 5,000 VC after wrapping this up in MyCAREER.
