Excitement is building ahead of the new game, and Sony have been rolling out new feature videos throughout February.
Take a look at the latest video from Coach and cover star Fernando Tatis Jr below.
Release Date
The key date for your diaries is Tuesday, 20 April.
You can make sure to secure your copy of the game today though as pre-orders are now open.
Only the Standard Edition has been confirmed so far, so this is the only one available right now.

Diamond Dynasty "better than ever"
The latest new feature video from Coach and Tatis Jr is centred around Diamond Dynasty and how it is "better than ever".
Before we get stuck into the details, check out the new video below.
One key aspect of the video that we are excited about it that all players can be unlocked in the game.
This means no pay to win. Great news for those of us unwilling or unable to splash our cash in the hope of packing some good players.
Cards are unlocked by playing against the computer or online. In the video, Coach can be heard saying "play the market place to build your dream team".
These can be your current favourite players, or some of the all-time greats of baseball.
Ballplayer
One of the biggest new features coming to Diamond Dynasty on MLB The Show 21 is the ability to take your Ballplayer to the field.
Your Ballplayer (from Road to the Show) can be used in the ultimate team mode, helping out both your ultimate team and the Ballplayer simultaneously.
Using your Ballplayer in Diamond Dynasty will earn experience for your star, so it really is a win-win situation.
This new feature was revealed in a previous Coach and Tatis Jr video which you can check out below.
This is the first time ever that your Ballplayer can be taken into Diamond Dynasty, and it is not a feature we expected.
We can't wait to try it out when April finally rolls around.
