The newest Madden 25 title update fixed some major gameplay issues that many played had complained about. While this title update is smaller than previous ones, it might be more important.
Gameplay is the heart and soul of every sports game, and many fans have complained about certain aspects of the Madden 25 gameplay, so it's great to see the developers listen to the community.
A Title Update Focused Solely on Gameplay
This Madden 25 title update focused only on gameplay, and while it didn't introduce as many changes as previous ones the ones it did are quite impactful.
Developers fixed the speed boost issue players were experiencing with smart routed custom stems and decreased the effectiveness of the QB-rollout speed boost many players were exploiting.
Players also experienced some issues with the curl flat zone recently, not being able to make adjustments when the curl flat zone was set at fewer than 15 yards, and developers addressed that.
The error that was making curl f lat defenders drift away from an eligible receiver that was close by, and the bug that was causing deep third defenders to be out of positioning when covering corner routes, were both fixed.
Last but not least, the error that was causing the control to automatically switch from the QB to a player at the snap in the Squads mode was also resolved.
More gameplay changes are expected to arrive at Madden 25 in the next Title Update, which is expected to be announced in the near future.
