The massively popular gacha RPG Genshin Impact is getting a massive new update, and it's not just Version 5.0. Xbox players will be pleased to know that the game is finally coming to the platform!
Revealed during Gamescom in the Natlan gameplay trailer, the news of an Xbox version of Genshin Impact will definitely excite fans of the game who have been aching to use their devices to explore Teyvat.

Genshin Impact Xbox Series X/S and Game Pass Release Date
As announced on X/Twitter, Genshin Impact will be released on Xbox Series X/S and Game Pass on November 20, 2024. If you own an Xbox device, you will be able to play the second phase of Genshin Impact 5.0, which will likely be released on this day too!
HoYoverse has decided to launch a pre-order bundle on the Microsoft Xbox store, which will be available for a limited time, and is priced at $9.99. Here are the contents of the bundle:

An offline event will be held in anticipation of the Xbox release in three installments, where players can search for the Mysterious Slime Box.

Is Genshin Impact Coming to Nintendo Switch?
So far, there is no news of a Switch version releasing for Genshin Impact, although it has been rumored to be in development for a while.
As the Xbox version will be released this year, the game may eventually be available on the Nintendo device. Switch players will probably have to wait a while for Genshin Impact, but it's going to be worth it.
