Genshin Impact 1.5
The latest update to Genshin Impact adds new Character Quests, Character Hangout Events, Weekly Bosses, Items, Artifacts, and a brand-new housing system to the popular free-to-play game.
Existing players who log into the new update for the first time will be granted 600 Primogems for the downtime and maintenance periods involved in Genshin Impact's 1.5 update.
Nintendo Switch
With each update that goes by, Nintendo fans hope it will be the update that brings the game to the Nintendo Switch.
A Switch port was due to be released on day one but it was delayed.
Genshin Impact released in September 2020, yet there is still no official news as to when the Switch port will be released.
Rumors continue to circulate, but no one can figure out a solid date other than "sometime in 2021."
Xbox Port
For some undisclosed reason, it appears that miHoYo has no intention of bringing the game to either the Xbox One or Xbox Series X|S.
While Xbox isn't as well known for non-Western RPGs, as well as not having a strong market share in Asia, there is likely still plenty of players who would really enjoy Genshin Impact if it was to be released on Xbox.
Available Platforms
Genshin Impact is available on PC, iOS, Android, PS4, and PS5 via backwards compatibility.
